Cleveland's West Side in 'housing first' video

It's great to see so many familiar Cleveland housing colleagues in this new 3-minute video from KeyBank: Councilman Matt Zone, Julie Demor of Eden Inc., Rob Curry of CHN Housing Partners and Mark McDermott of Enterprise Community Partners. It features formerly homeless veterans living at Emerald Alliance VIII, just around the corner on Detroit Avenue. They describe well the "housing first" approach, a philosophy that Cogswell Hall also practices. "It's really nice being able to be in that apartment and get my stuff together," one of them says. Congratulations to all our partners who are working on so many fronts to create more affordable housing for people who need it most.
